First orders with Finmark require payment upfront before goods can be dispatched.
After your first order with Finmark, invoices go straight on account.
Accounts with Finmark receive an invoice with their goods. Payment terms are net 30-day month end.
Finmark take great care in picking and packing each order.
We pride ourselves on supplying quality items that reach our customers in the same condition they left us.
Should you receive a faulty item or an incorrect item, please contact Finmark straight away so we are aware of the situation and can sort the problem out together.
For mistakes or damaged goods received, please contact Finmark immediately to resolve the issue.
If you have changed your mind on an item purchased, the freight costs can be high for returns.
Please consider keeping the item and reusing for another purpose.
Should you still wish to return the item please note, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Freight is to be covered by the customer for change of mind returns and second deliveries.

To be eligible for any returns, our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the day goods have been received.
